WRAG ESA(cb) expired and Support Group - What next??

Thanks to all those who contributed to this and a special thanks to Tom.

My client today got decision placing her in SG and will be awarded payment based on supercession application.

The DWP superceded from February and not retrospectively.  But thats fine my client is very happy. 

I think there is a chance some people can slip through the net and be awarded NI but not have an ESA claim. My client fortunately, completed an ESA3 before her 365 terminated seeking to claim after the expiration of her 365 days.

Best advice - if possible do supercession within the 365 days - its too much headache after 😊
