This has been mentioned before but I am getting an increasing amount of ESA clients who receive a phone call from JC+ saying “Following your medical you have scored 0 points, so we are closing your claim and you now have to claim JSA instead and sign on”

We all know that any appealable decisions must be put in writing with all options (IE ability to appeal) clearly laid out.

This approach from JC+ (apart from being illegal) is obviously a tactic to reduce the workload of appeals.

Is there any body or anyone who this can be reported to to stop this sort of cr*p from happening as this could be only the tip of the iceberg?
We cant let them basically flout the law and continue to get away with this disgraceful behaviour.
