Maybe I’m just having a bad day http://www.rightsnet.org.uk/forums/viewthread/11015/

After several attempt and speaking to a superviser apparently implicit consent guidance for ‘live service’ (could not establish how that is different to the guidance that applies to the rest of DWP!!!) means UC cannot disclose any info. about progress etc of an MR to a rep.

Yet another referral to MP ...... (its begining to feel like early days of the CSA and we arn’t full service yet)

Update.
UC initially refused to speak to MPs office until they quoted the SSWPs statement to the House etc .....
