any significance?
PA4 form states at the beginning: “no access to PRS or PIPCS at time of assessment” and a reference number.
This is a renewal claim with client’s SRDL and SRM superseded by diddly squat.
Can anyone tell me what info the PRS and PIPCS holds? Or what they are? And what significance there might be from the HCP being unable to access this?
