Universal Credit/ MIF
in UC/ MIF the national minimum wage is used to calculate the clients MIF, does anyone know if they will continue to use this or will they use the living wage for MIF

I think they’re already using NLW when calculating the MIF (See UC Regs 2013 reg 90 (2) and NMW Regs 2015 reg 4 )
