ESA OP Appeal
Hi all,
I have an ESA OP listed for next week to run with a WCA appeal for the same client (they’ve booked an hour). Failed to disclose Occ P on the latest ESA3, the DWP not proven that she didn’t declare it previously on other forms.
The majority of our representation relates to ESA WCA and PIP decisions. I have done OP appeals in the distant past but don’t have an up to date appeal template to use for this.
Is anybody willing to share?
