you can go away temp for 13 weeks abroad and still get PIP
then back for a day and go away for 13 weeks again ?
as long as doesn’t affect immigration/hab res

We had a query about this a couple of months back and couldn’t see any obvious reason why you couldn’t have one overnight stay following a temporary absence of up to 13 weeks and then have another temporary absence of up to 13 weeks.

However, you would probably need to tread slightly cautiously around their “ordinary residence” and/or habitual residence if it was repeated too often.
