Shared Accommodation Rate exemption for care leavers

Hi, I wondered if anyone might be able to help me with this -

As a result of some other changes being made to the provision of support for care leavers, the DfE and DWP are currently exploring extension of the exemption to the LHA Shared Accommodation Rate for care leavers up to 25.  As a result, they are keen to receive any examples of 22-24 year old care leavers who have been affected by the loss of the SAR exemption.
