URGENT: New self-employment test for WTC - appeal submission to be sent off tomorrow - NO CASE LAW?

I have left preparing an appeal submission for the new self-employment test for WTC to last minute - have to send it off tomorrow.  Stupid EKS.

Am I right in thinking there is still no case law on the new self-employment test in particular?  I refer to http://www.rightsnet.org.uk/forums/viewthread/9556/

Here’s a search on rightsnet for all the tax credit decisions (has all the published ones) - http://www.rightsnet.org.uk/welfare-rights/search-caselaw/search&channel=briefcase&date-from=19980101&date-to=20161231&category=85/ - as far as I can see there aren’t any relating to the new self-employment test
