Hello comrades,

My self-employed client has been on Maternity Allowance and it is coming to an end.  She is a dance teacher and has not been working as such; others have been covering the classes for her and she has been receiving some income from this.

Does this jeopardise her claim in anyway?  I have had a look at the info on disallowance and it relates to exceeding keeping in Touch days of work only, as far as I can see.

Any thoughts welcomed.

In solidarity,
