HB and 2children
Feel I may have missed something. The 2 child payment limit was (I thought) to cover HB, CTC and UC.
But the consultation out last week, makes no mention of HB, has the restriction been dropped for HB?

It’s possible but unfortunately I don’t think it’s very likely - I suspect that 2-child exemptions for HB will just follow CTC exemptions ( any affected HB claimant would normally be a CTC claimant too) so there’s no need to consult for HB specifically.
