FTA as never got WCA letter/ ESA stopped
I have a client on long term IB/ESA who is in support group.
Attended every medical for IB/ESA/PIP historically
She never received last WCA letter, failed to attend, and ESA claim closed.
I will write MR, and assist with appeal, however i was wondering if there is any caselaw
here to support my Mandatory recon.
Over a million letters go missing from royal mail, and statistically some of them must be esa50s.
