Dear all,

I was wondering whether anyone else is coming across clients who are being subjected to the full HRT test if they have been absent from the UK for 4 weeks or more (either consecutively or in total) over the past 3 years before their claim to ESA?

Both clients in question hold UK passports and live in London - different claims, different job centres.

They are having to provide considerable evidence to the job centre.

I can’t find anything in terms of regs or guidance yet that would allow for/justify this so would be grateful if anyone could shed any light?  Doesn’t seem right….

Best wishes,

EC
