On the PA4 V3 consultation report form, on each page in the bottom left hand corner there is some data that looks suspiciously like a date and time.

On the report I am looking at; done on the 17th May at 10.33 the field reads 29/05/17 02:36:45, by the last page that has risen to 02:36:47.

Have we any idea what that field signifies?

A couple of seconds difference could be consistent with a printer date/time stamp ?

I thought that; the funny thing is, what is someone doing printing it at 2:32 in the morning? The decision wasn’t made until a fortnight later. It’s telling that there was a “DA coach” sat in on the assessment as well.

Do I smell a rework?

I’ve done an FOI that will hopefully shine some light on this

Ive never had a time stamp on any of mine.

My guess is it relates to the document being automatically scanned onto or (more likely) digitally transferred to the DWP system. I don’t think things are printed out anymore.

I’ve just pulled the first 3 PIP subs in my drawer and it’s there on all 3.

Have checked a few of ours & no time stamp. Is this a difference between Capita/Atos reports?

Fair point…

Sadly the attachment function won’t let me attach a photo as it’s too big.
