Hi all - just a reminder about these seminars in London on 17 March and Manchester on 30 March -

- Martin Williams from CPAG is going to be giving an overview of the right to reside for children and their primary carers;

- Tom Royston of Garden Court Chambers is going to focus on the rights of ‘Zambrano’ carers and section17 Children Act; and

- Charlotte O’Brien, Senior Lecturer at York University, is going to be looking at the right to interim payments under EU law.
