Afternoon all, has anyone come across this before?
I repped at a Tribunal recently, proceedings were digitally recorded as the Judge is visually impaired.  Decision was not favourable and I wrote for a statement of reasons and the record of proceedings.  I have received the statement of reasons but not the record of proceedings (I was expecting a DVD or similar).  Has anyone else come across this?  I’m particularly keen to get the record as the statement of reasons is sketchy in one particular area.

No experience with this in particular but I know for our colleagues in Scotland, hearings are routinely recorded and reps get the audio records.

You are still entitled to it whatever the format - https://www.judiciary.gov.uk/publications/record-of-proceedings-in-social-security-and-child-support-cases-in-the-social-entitlement-chamber-on-or-after-3-november-2008/ - get on the phone to the tribunal and ask them what the holdup is.
