I am in an area whre only singles can claim, the uC .gov site gives a few examples of who can’t claim but I understand there are many mowe, where can I find an up to date list please

The regulations for the gateway are Schedule 5 to WRA 2012 Commencement No. 9,etc order .

Note that these apply in a modified form in some areas to allow claims from couples and people with children ( but none of these modifications apply in anywhere near Ashfield). The earnings thresholds have been increased since that consolidation to £338 / £541.
