DWP Challenge Successful Appeal
If the DWP try to take case to the UT. Are they entitled to withhold payment?
They can, but don’t have to, suspend payment whilst an appeal is either ongoing or being considered. Hardship and potentially other factors should be considered. See e.g. DMG 06570 & 04800 onward.
