Ps - our WCA tool is also taking shape too, so we should be able to launch it before too long (hopefully before they abolish the WCA .... although having to abandon a new web tool on the back of there not being a WCA would be a great problem to have ...)

Just taking a rare couple of hours whilst the phones have stopped ringing to catch up with all you guys out there and come across this thread . I have to say Shawn I like the way its laid out - its obvious you and your team have put a lot of time into this - what a great guide . I have used the summary commentary re : Activity 11 to support arguments in a sub I have just finished today .
