Lord Fraud, the man who admitted that he knew naff all about the benefits system when he was appointed. Years later he seemed surprised that cutting tenants HB didn’t bring private sector rents down and that Universal Credit was causing rent arrears.

And then there was his comments on disabled people and the minimum wage…

The very best of riddance.
