Doesn’t appear to be so.  It’s consistent throughout and the Universal Credit equivalent is also there.  Transitional?

Yes, i suppose it is for the transitional WRAC clients.

The document still has a rate for Short-term Incapacity Benefit.  I can’t see how anyone could be getting this.

Yes, i suppose it is for the transitional WRAC clients.

Similarly, they neglect to mention that the UC higher first child element won’t apply to children born after 6 April 2017 and that family premium went last April for new claims ( and HB lone-parent family premium has been transitional-only since 1998 !)

I think it’s actually quite misleading.
