What client database are your organisations currently using. What do you see as the pros and cons? Also if you had transferred from a previous system how was the migration over, could you import from one to the other.

advice pro.

ive worked in a few organisations and seen a few system and this is the best i have seen. its very good for being able to scan documents, tracks benefit cases pretty well with tabs for each stage like review, appeal etc.

really easy to pull reports on stats etc as well.

online system as well which is a huge advantage for me.

Casetrack.

We’ve been using it for years and I’m so used to it that it’s hard to imagine using anything else. I’ve no complaints- it does everything we need it to do.
