Paul is right, get some help on the case on a more structured basis, but I have a recollection of the pensio0n payment being useful, maybe with reciprocal agreements or coordination rules

A UK State Pension would help with the application of co-ordination rules, but that doesn’t get around the basic r2r issue with PC claim unfortunately.

Thanks Paul, maybe her can enhance his pension using contributions from his previous domicile ?!
