I was wondering if anyone has any idea of where we could get a copy of R v Bristol Justices ex parte Wilson & Young [1991] 156 JP 409, which is referenced by CPAG’s Debt Advice Handbook as authority for Magistrates having the power to adjourn a liability order hearing to permit an appeal.

Or more generally if anyone has any experience with actually having a hearing adjourned to permit an appeal? Does anyone know if this relates just to appeals to the Valuation Tribunal?

Thanks terribly.

not available on lexis, so probably not available online at all.. i would think a visit to your nearest law library might be the only option

Thank you both, have double checked CPAG which is lists it as Wilson, but yes it looks like it might be Wilsman and Young.
