“fail to cmply Wrttn Nte Intrw”

Hi all,

Just had a, UK national, client drop off a decision notice, who has been having problems getting ESA into payment after returning to UK from abroad (Portugal);
the end reason on decision notice on a rapid reclaim for IR ESA is “fail to cmply Wrttn Nte Intrw” does anyone know what this means? Are they saying she failed HRT? Which was a reason for her previous claim ending. Client has stated she didn’t miss an appointment.

My best guess is failure to comply with requirement to attend an interview and written notification was sent. She may not have been notified? I’d call JCP and ask as that is not a decision that would stand up in a tribunal without something else to show what it meant.
