I might be missing something obvious here but I cannot find a definitive answer.  Can anyone help?

My client receives SDP as part of income-related ESA.  Her 18 year old daughter has just started University and will be living at her University during term-time.  Will my client continue to be entitled to the SDP during the summer break when her daughter is living at home.  Is the daughter a non-dependant for the SDP during the summer?

Thanks in advance.

CPAG pg 327 says that a person is not a non-dependant if they normally live elsewhere so I think you would be arguing that they normally live wherever they are at Uni
