“ORC call”

Happy Friday afternoon :)

I am reading a set of ESA appeal docs for the work capability assessment and I have come across the following:

“Following the guidance in “when an ORC is not required”, an ORC call is not necessary for this Mandatory Reconsideration”

Does anyone know what an ORC call is please?

An Outbound Reconsideration Call - when MR is done and outcome is not in client’s favour
