Happy Friday afternoon :)

I am reading a set of ESA appeal docs for the work capability assessment and I have come across the following:

“Following the guidance in “when an ORC is not required”, an ORC call is not necessary for this Mandatory Reconsideration”

Does anyone know what an ORC call is please?

Thank you Billy, obvious now really!

I love Ros and Robverco’s offers though, I had been trying to come up with something myself and did find that Orcs were in the Lord of the Rings https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orc
