Quick Query

Client gets HRM (indef) no car
If a client was to apply for supercession of DLA for increase - in Rotherham would this be a DLA supercession or a PIP application??

MRC or above would have significant financial impact on GPC.

Anyone?

Being in one of the areas that went live last October I’ve not really needed to think about this but on my reading of that map everyone now needs to claim PIP rather than seeking DLA supersessions yes?

edit… why is this in Housing Benefit?

Thanks Tony and Jo.

Dan seems there are some area still pending transition.

My client fell into an area still governed by DLA still, so a supercession can still work.

Oh apologies for this being HB section ... an oversight on my part.
