Hypothetically, a service user receives income support. S/he provides regular and substantial care to a family member whose benefit currently includes SDP. My service user, the carer, is migrated to Universal Credit. My questions are these

Is satisfaction of the IS regular and substantial care provision sufficient for the DWP on migration to include the Carers element in my service users maximum amount?

If there is auto inclusion does it also automatically trigger a review of the cared for persons SDP?

If the cared for person is migrated before the carer what impact if any will the carers element have on T/P?
