client   has   just advised   me that ” as an experiment JSA and   Wrag are running   joint sessions - anyone else   had an a similar experience?

With the phasing out of the WRAG component I suspect this will be happening more often. It makes economic sense for the providers, after all!

The danger is that although those on WRAG cannot be forced to look for work as they have been assessed as having limited capability, many WP providers appear unaware of the distinction and place undue pressure on vulnerable claimants to do jobsearches, submit applications etc.

And those people should be making complaints to the Employment Tribunal; the threat of ET proceedings makes WPPs think twice about how they conduct themselves with WRAG claimants.
