Treatment of UC for HB purposes
Hi
Just checking that I am correct in my understanding that a person living in ‘specified accommodation’ who is working and receives UC, will have their earnings ignored for Housing Benefit purposes under Sch5 para 4 of the HB Regs 2006?
Nothing has changed or been amended?

Not aware of any changes - earnings, other income and capital all disregarded.
