I’m trying to find out if tax credits appeals in Northern Ireland still go to HMRC.

This follows the direct lodgement changes in 2013, whereby HMRC-administered benefits and tax credits are made directly to HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) in Great Britain. Our latest info says that in Northern Ireland such appeals are still made to HMRC. Does anyone know if and when a change is likely to happen?

Also, does anyone know if there is an email address to replace .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) which no longer works? I asked HM Courts and Tribunals Service Administrative Support Centre 0300 123 1142 today but they they they just have the Bradford postal address and fax number - no email.
