Has anyone any knowledge   of helpful decisions from the Upper Tribunal as regards the   precedence of criminal prosectuioin (Guilty) case which precedes Lower Tribunal (yet to be heard)

Case was   heard and minimum sentence   imposed.

In brief   her address was   being   used   by former   partner as a c/o address

Thanks   in advance

AM v SSWP [2013] UKUT 094 (AAC)

recent review of the authorities on convictions. DWP will try to argue that a conviction is binding on a First tier Tribunal but it isn’t; especially with aguilty plea.
