I Have a clt who is a Czech National in July this year they received a lump sum payment, but been refused a continuing pension.

However they had an earlier letter stating that they will receive 59.98 weekly but have received nothing since the lump sum payment. Pension are in no way my speciality and am unsure how to proceed please might someone with vaster knowledge than I enlighten me as to the way forwqrd to put the pension into payment.

It is not clear from the post if your are referring to a Czech national state pension or a Czech private pension.
I can recall several years ago we had a Danish national who was insistent he had entitlement to an occupational pension. We had a lot of difficulties as he had no family and some memory issues.
However from recall I think the adviser wrote to the Danish embassy in London and with their help in liaising with the home country, we did track down his pension and it was paid.
