Agency says -

‘An access issue means there is an opportunity for providers to submit an expression of interest to deliver housing and debt services in the Suffolk procurement area.

An invitation to submit an expression of interest for these services was published on 12 September 2014 on the GOV.UK website.

Services will be delivered under the 2013 Standard Civil Contract. But we would also like to hear from organisations that feel they are not able to fully meet the requirements of the 2013 Standard Civil Contract regarding:

  having a permanent presence
  supervisor requirements

There are 100 housing matter starts available in the procurement area and all providers will automatically also be allocated 5 debt matter starts.’
