Anyone got a copy of, or a link to R(IS) 2/07.  I’ve tried HMC&TS; website but it justs keeps freezing on me.

It’s actually on rightsnet, but I had to find it through google!  Cannot navigate to it through the rightsnet toolkit.

Anyway, here it is

Did you search using the reported decisions bit - just checked and seems to be OK now - sorry it didn’t work before
