I called at 9.25 and already the “please tells us why you called” robot has been superseded by press 1 for ESA etc; I’d guess they’re pretty busy. I wonder how long I’ll be on hold!

It’s the same on the PIP helpline. I usually get through to a person within 5 minutes but was on hold for over 20 when I rang them yesterday.
