Has anyone seen a PIP assessment for a claim on mental health grounds that contains any relevant or useful information?

All the ‘mental state examinations’ I have seen have found the client was fine, based solely on the ability to repeat words back. In one of these cases her husband reports she was crying at being there.

Atos gave us an assurance (in person from a senior executive) that the mistakes of the WCA would not be repeated. They aren’t doing very well so far.

I went (some time ago) to a metal health presentation attended by both Atos and Capita. What they weren’t going to do for people with mental health problems isn’t worth mentioning, they were going to get a gold-star service.

Are you saying that was just…..glib PR???
