Supreme Court has refused permission to Leeds City Council in Leeds City Council v Broadley (Mr Broadley had argued that tenants in his property were liable for council tax for periods after they gave up possession until the date when their tenancies were terminated) and to British Gas in British Gas Trading v Lock and Anor (holiday pay can reflect an amount for regularly earned results-based commission)

Neither application had an arguable point of law - https://www.supremecourt.uk/docs/permission-to-appeal-2017-0103.pdf
