This may help in the argument about the DWP referring to WRA in area at the date of decision. I have asked the UT to firm this up. If anyone wants to suggest the wording please let me know as I go on holiday tomorrow. Thanks

Just to say that your redaction has not really worked, the name is easily readable. Also it appears unredacted a couple of times too. Better censor’s pen needed before your hols!
