Does anyone have an idea where to get the printed version of these from, they’re a nightmare to download each time and I’ve just given away my last printed version? Many thanks

Can’t you simply print off copies from HMCTS website?

You can order them from Leyfield prison along with the paper SSCS1s - I left the email address at my old job but if you phone up HMCTS they will tell you.

I simply download the form and save it.

When you come to use it do your typing then save it under another file name.  You will have the original blank one to use again.

You can then save it under yet another file name and you can repeat the process over and over again, no need to keep on downloading the form.

You then also have a back up record.

This also works with the downloadable ESA50, and the beauty of that one is than when your client gets re- assessed and comes back to you for help, you can just update your save ESA50 rather than having to fill one out from scratch
