Looking for some old DWP circulars relating to Supported Housing

I have recently been re-examining the legislative and policy history of ‘exempt accommodation’ currently found in The HB/CTB (Consequential Provisions) Regs 2006.

There are four DWP circulars I am unable to locate:

HB/CTB 71/96
HB/CTB A37/97
HB/CTB A58/97
HB/CTB A36/98
