Historical Benefit Rates

Hi

I’m dealing with an overpayment issue that goes back to the late 90s.

(Its a very unusual case of a client who has been in supported accommodation due to serious mental health issues since then until very recently. He was on DLA MRC/LRM, SDA and IS and basically hardly spent anything as his food/bills were about £20-40 pw, so now has £80,000 in savings that has never been declared. The DWP & Local Authority have just found out… Its going to be a long case…)

Anyway - in optimism - does anyone know if a handy crib sheet out there of historical benefit rates by year going back to late 90s? I did always used to keep my old cpag hand books for such eventualities and did have them back to late 90s in last job - but only last 4 years in this job
