NAO legal aid consultation: deadline Friday

NAO is consulting providers of civil law services on the government’s reforms to civil legal aid.

This consultation will help us understand your views on:

- how the recent changes to civil legal aid have been implemented; and
- what the consequences have been.

It will inform our study of the government’s civil legal aid reforms, which we will present to the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament later this year. The report may be used as the basis for a hearing with senior civil servants from the Ministry of Justice and Legal Aid Agency.
