A colleague asked me if I thought someone with an EEA disability benefit could qualify for the sdp. I didn't think to ask what benefit or where from - so I'm assuming it is a DLA care equivilent. The reg seems quite clear that it is just AA and DLA care that qualifies. Does anyone know different and if not does anyone think the claimant have a possibility of challenging this?.
