Hope someone can help? Health Benefits max help when on Tax Credits in a number of ways all with income less than ? for 08/09. It seems it was £15,050 for the last 2 years has anyone heard about any changes yet from April?

Low Income Scheme for health costs, currently the capital limits for England are £16,000 and £21,500 (in care home) and in Wales £17,250 and £21,500 (in care home) anyone managed to find out if there changes from April?
