extended payments
Thu 27-Mar-08 02:48 PM

just looking through zebeddee and ward who confirm that an HB claimant in receipt of IS/IBJSA or ICB/SDA for 26 weeks or more can (if all the relevant criteria are met) receive the four week 'run on'

my client was on ICB which stopped after a medical so she went on to IS afterwards, combined she meets the 26 week guideline

can IS and ICB be combined to meet the 26 weeks, if neither of them individually have been claimed for 26 weeks?

i suspect if they could it would be written in said ref book, but one should always grasp for straws before going under!!

thanks

"can IS and ICB be combined to meet the 26 weeks,"

Unfortunately, no. The only allowed groupings are IS/JSA, OR, ICB/SDA.
