Does anyone have a copy of these decisions dealing with the application of the de minimis principle in order to ignore neglible amounts of work? I can't fnd it in rightsnet or BAILLI. Googling the references has proved to be fruitless. I have read the commentary in Bonner et al but I would still like to read the cases in their entirety. You can fax it to me 0n 0161 234 1109.
