Blacpool forgets to send an AA renewal, so client's two year award ends. First she realises of this is when PC drops to SC only and she has to start paying some rent and |Council Tax. Blackpool say they will now send out a renewal form. What redress here - should everything get backdated if the renewal is successful? Complain for the fact she is paying rent and poor now because of maladministation?
