I have a client assessed as 10% disabled due to a physical injury and has appealed. He later had a trip which his GP has referenced in his supporting letter, and further aggravated the injury by following the EMP's instructions at the IIDB medical.
I'm wondering how the tribunal will treat the subsequent mishaps when assessing disablement - does anyone have any experience of this?
